As a UX Designer, I delivered elegant solutions across desktop and mobile by utilizing personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems. Ensured all user interface designs were consistent with usability standards, best practices, brand standards, strategy, and existing interfaces. Advocated for the importance of UX and visual design throughout the organization. Conducted user research and strategic planning to optimize workflows and site structure, significantly improving user performance. Home Care Sites
Led the UX design of the Home Care initiative and collaborated with our agency partner to create the first at-home site targeted to Customers (B2C) versus our usual model of B2B. This site was used as a template to create more partnerships with facilities that wanted to offer content and products directly to their clients and customers.
Revisions to Direct Supply Search Results
Created mockups to show variations on the Search Results so more results could be shown per visible screen, cleaned up the data appearing in each result row, and displayed variations on pricing messaging based on user, product status, and product options.
Redesign of Direct Supply Shopping Cart Screens
Designed mockups for the shopping cart screens showing options for when the product included add-ons, error messaging, color-theming for messages, and pricing. I also showed the views for a simple checkout versus checkout that requires estimates.
Redesign of Direct Supply Product Detail Pages
Created new design layouts for the Product Detail Page for the Direct Supply site. Gathered feedback from vendors, merchants, and users. Based on that feedback, I prioritized the order of the information on the page. Incorporated reviews and related products so users could gather more information about the product and gain trust. I also experimented with various ways to provide product options and selections.
Wheelchair Selection Guide
Designed and built a Wheelchair Selection Guide for customers to more easily find a wheelchair that fits their needs using step-by-step questions to guide them through the options available.
DSSI Site Redesign
Redesigned and streamlined the formatting of the DSSI site and pages. Implemented a style guide to keep the UI and color themes consistent. Incorporated error messaging and alerts where appropriate.

TELS Website Redesign
TELS provides life safety, asset management, and maintenance solutions for Direct Supply. I created a redesign that modernized the look and feel of the site.
