Throughout my tenure as a Web Designer and Developer at Northwoods Software, I had the privilege to work on a range of projects for clients such as Heartland Funds, Medical College of Wisconsin, Alive & Cooking, Dominion Medical, and many others. My duties included creating website designs and wireframes, as well as offering advice and feedback on user experience for designs produced by clients.

To ensure that all browsers were consistent, I produced clean and efficient HTML templates, XSL content blocks, and CSS from the web designs and wireframes. These templates were compatible with Titan CMS.

In addition to design and development, I provided technical documentation and content maps to clients, allowing them to manage their content within the CMS and template structure. I even assisted some clients with the initial content entry, admin setup, and technical documentation so that they could train their staff to use and update the content on the CMS.

Titan CMS Site Redesign

Successfully revamped and enhanced the functionalities of the Titan CMS marketing site. The new site better catered to the diverse needs of businesses across various industries including medical facilities, apps, and financial institutions. The new intuitive interface adheres to the highest UX standards and effectively showcases all the key selling points of the software. 

Alive & Cookin'

One of the unique themed projects I worked on was creating customized templates for a recipe site for a cooking company to use within the Titan CMS. Besides the home screen, I created mockups for recipe screens, indexes, categories, user-generated content, the ability to print recipes, nutritional information, and more. I enjoyed working on this site and am very proud of how it turned out.

Medical College of Wisconsin Templates and Themes

Northwoods Software had a great working relationship with the Medical College of Wisconsin. I was tasked with designing their Intranet site, InfoScope, and creating themes for each department website such as Otolaryngology & Communication Sciences. We used a consistent tab style in the header with the MCW logo on the right. The content on each page was also consistent from department to department. Then we applied color to signify the differences in each department theme for easy visual identity.

Heartland Funds

Heartland Funds approached us with the request for a user-friendly website that could be easily updated using a Content Management System. I redesigned their site so that it had a fresh, and engaging feel to it. I also built the theme with a professional and financial look in mind so that it would be user-friendly to both customers and their business partners and stakeholders. Utilizing the Titan CMS meant that they could alter the content and messaging on the site at will. 

Other themed sites for clients using the Titan CMS

Dominion Medical, Plexus Teleradiology, and ProSperus were all medical sites I designed, themed, and customized for the TitanCMS per clients requests.
