Web Designer
Oct 2008 - Nov 2011
New Berlin, WI
As a Web Designer for LPi, I was tasked with building an advertiser and customer portal using Drupal CMS that delivered custom products based on specific needs that met company brand standards. Developed user-focused websites and emails, improved digital engagement and user satisfaction. Established design standards to ensure consistency and quality across all projects, leading to measurable improvements in the user interface.
Seek and Find (2008-2009)
Built a church/business directory online using Joomla, Sobi2, and Community Builder in a PHP, MySQL dev environment including mailing lists and the ability for customers to manage personal content. Designed comps for an updated 2009 launch then cut up and implemented them in a custom Joomla theme. Provide usability feedback, advice, and design ideas for future changes and site updates.
4Lpi.com (2009)
Designed and built the LPi marketing site in Joomla including products, services, news, and updates. Customized and implemented Joomla extensions and plugins for use on the company website.

Deals By Golly (2010-2011) Collaborated on the design mockups for the deal site platform. Applied best practices and design standards to the buy now button, revamped the mega footer, and created a more usable conversion area. Converted the designs into graphics, icons, HTML, and CSS for implementation into a custom-built CMS that managed the deals and services. Designed email templates and campaigns, seasonal logos, print material, landing page imagery, and banner ad campaigns.
WeConnect (2010-2011)
Led a team of developers to create a website-building tool for churches to set up and manage customized websites using Drupal. Designed the marketing look for the customer-facing site, an Admin theme, and Church themes for the member-facing site. Converted the themes into web graphics and CSS for the developer team to implement. Personalized the content, and images, and developed custom tools per the clients' needs.
Art & Media Portal (2011)
Designed LPi's Digital Asset Management Tool (DAM) called the Art & Media Portal. Created interactive wireframes using Axure to demonstrate new functionality options for the internal digital asset management tool. Designed sets of logos and website themes as options for the look and feel of the DAM.
