As the Marketing Manager for McNabb & Risley Furniture, I was responsible for designing their website, banner ads, emails, print materials, posters, and awnings. Implemented responsive website design and streamlined UX workflows that improved usability and optimized landing pages. Developed strategic marketing strategies to attract new and retain existing customers. Designed HTML emails that boosted open rates from 27% to 34%. Created, updated, and maintained the owners' blog content.
